RemoteFile.RemoteFileInputStream does not hanbdle read with len=0 correctly

InputStream#read specification in JDK states that

If len is zero, then no bytes are read and 0 is returned

RemoteFileInputStream has no special handling and sends request to read zero bytes to remote server. This is bad from performance perspective, also some SFTP servers reject such request.
