It would be good to have a central user-management running at one server and other servers can access then these users.

This would be helpfull to run multiple servers via DNS load balancing (multiple IP addresses for one DNS entry).

The users would then be managed via one central server, but they could connect to all servers which have access to this user base.
This would easily allow to add more capacity by just adding more servers.

Or as alternative, if that is maybe easier to implement, to just sync the current user data between multiple servers.

Why not to label it as enhancement and keep it open until it is implemented to keep track of all pending feature requests?
