都用go了，直接把代理功能加上不更好么？ #65

直接本地监听端口，为其他程序提供代理，类似于其他程序增加了squid服务
这样其他程序就不用写任何代理的逻辑，请求只需要proxypool分发/负载均衡，不更好么
