"Best Practices" , get an EV cert is a quick fix.

Suggest that you don't go "life" i.e. promote to lifehacker or whatever, before this is fixed.

I noticed that your 10.2 release still has this issue but your 10.3 doesn't. I also checked your 10.3 and it doesn't appear to be signed. How did you bypass smartscreen?
