error with arg parser()

Helllo there!
I was running the python file and i seem to get this error:
usage: ipykernel_launcher.py [-h] -i INPUT -o OUTPUT [-f F]
ipykernel_launcher.py: error: the following arguments are required: -i/--input, -o/--output

I am not able to find a fix for this.
