Option for "Learn target" to create Parameter (and FX) as "named" instead of "particular" #898

Because updates to plugins often have changes to the parameter sequence, leaving the ReaLearn preset corrupt.
I assume that "named" is more stable with regard to changes. (And even if there are changes, you can still see the name of the original parameter.)
Similarly, creating the FX as "named" makes it easy (search&replace in the file, replace using wildcards) to have ReaLearn presets that work for the VST, VST3 and AU versions of plugins simultaneously.
