(Feature Req) Assign Specific Item(s) as targets for Item Settings actions.

Would it be possible to target a specific item on which to perform Item Settings / Properties actions on? Right now actions affecting items (like Mute Item) apply to last selected item. It would be great if the target item can be specified for each mapping.
