The reason I asked for Minimize Button is that the Recording Window creates confusion as it's there but one can't click on it.

Maybe you are asking the minimize button so that you can click control box when the current mode is line,pencil or etc.
I think you can make sure that your control box is not within recording window.

In full screen recording mode, the Control Box will show up in the video, so it would be a good option to include the minimize button (option for auto-minimizing control box when recording starts would be an awesome feature).

The recording window is the area where you want to record screen range.

The Control box is the one we can select writing option such as line, pencil or etc.

Ah! Here is the confusion, I am actually talking about the Window which displays the tools like pencil etc. I call this Window as Recording Window because it shows a recording option/button in it.
