There is no similiar command to isCommand in the official API of the plugin. In most of the cases table needs to rerender when a command is executed that triggers the menu to close.
May I ask what you wanted to be executed without closing the menu?

Thank you for sharing that report. Yes, that is true - the second level of submenu is not yet supported. We have this issue reported here #7371 as a feature request.

It seems that you are closing a menu that is not open? I created an example here https://stackblitz.com/edit/vitejs-vite-gfwjib?file=main.js,counter.js,style.css&terminal=dev (also appended the elem element to the TD at it was missing in this code snippet). It seems to work well here.
