Binary doesnt launch on Win10

When executing Vega64SoftPowerTableEditor.exe under Windows 10 the executable runs for 3-4 seconds and stops running. No visible output, windows, or error messages other than a short blip in taskman.

Did you import gtk when compiling? Is your .net up to date?

Run as Administrator after installing gtk

I had the same problem, then i copied, everthing under

C:\Program Files\GtkSharp\2.12\bin*

to the same folder with Vega64SoftPowerTableEditor.exe, then it worked, ugly but works, i am sure there is supposed the be more elegant way for this.

After many attempts, I found out you need to also install Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 package x86 in order for GtkSharp to run. Not sure if installing x64 version is also mandatory for 64-bit OS
