Overview

UXR team needs create a research plan so they are able to conduct a general usability testing on the "FAQ" page for both Admin and End Users and identify any pain points with the current designs and functions of this page.

Action Items

  • Create Research Plan with the following sections
    • Background
    • Research Questions and Objectives
    • Participants
    • Research Assumptions
    • Research Methods
    • Data Analysis
    • Timeline
    • Resources
      • Wiki Pages
      • Further Documentation
  • Get Research Plan approved by PMs.
