Overview

We need to draft instructions for how to manage the content on the FAQ page for Admins, so that after the handover LADOT and LACP will know how to do it

Details

  • On the dev site (not yet on prod?), there is an edit button on the FAQ page, when you are logged in as admin
  • once clicked you can perform actions

Action Items

  • Write up instructions for each of the actions
    • add new category
    • add new FAQ Question and Answer
    • edit Question
    • edit Answer
    • Delete Question and Answer
    • Delete Category
    • Change the order of categories or questions
    • add link into an answer
  • Review with Product and Research so that they can give feedback for changes
  • Get Stakeholder sign-off via the stakeholder meeting slidedeck
  • turn into webpage mockup
