Overview

We need to update the Request Types info popover to provide more context on the selectable service request categories, since currently it just shows filler text

Suggested Language for Request Types Info Popover

The service request categories for this public dataset are maintained by Information Technologies Agency and may not reflect the categories available on MyLa311.lacity.org

Suggested Language for Request Status Info Popover

There are multiple definitions of closed, including the following: The issue may have already been reported (duplicate request), the issue could have been resolved, or a service technician visited the site of the reported issue and put in an internal request to resolve it.

Action Items

  • Design the popover using the provided suggested language (see references below)
  • Complete Design Iterations section below
  • Document user interaction in Figma
