Replace "high contrast" with "text labels"

Setting "High contrast" replaces the icons with text labels. I like this setting but it would not have occurred to me to try it based on its title. I only discovered it by reading Improve UI understability #262

Please replace "High contrast" on the Settings Appearance tab with "Show text labels" so it describes what it actually does.
