AgentPluginAPI v0.5.0 provides some new methods on TargetHost. Use these instead of the functions in infection_monkey.exploit.tools.utils.

Migrate plugins away from the functions in infection_monkey.exploit.tools.utils
Remove infection_monkey.exploit.tools.utils
