[BUG] Proxy app not launching from main interface

After adding an app with JPN characters for VPN use, clicking the app icon does NOT launch it as it's supposed to.

To Reproduce

1. Install "Yahoo!オークション" from Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.co.yahoo.android.yauction

2. Add the app for Proxy use (pic1)

3. In Orbot main screen, connect to TOR, then when connected, press the Y!オークション app icon (pic2). It never opens...
   (Could it be because the shortcut contains japanese characters..?)

Expected Behavior
The app opens.

What Custom Configuration Do You Use?
None

The shortcut will only work if the app has a "VIEW" intent for opening https:// URLs, like a browser. That app probably does not support that.

I don't think it is the japanese characters.

Thanks for your feedback. I wished there was a solution to launch the app from there but it's no issue launching it manually ^^
