Support other decimal and thousands separators in input

Currently, in input text, Numerals only supports comma(,) as thousands separators and period (.) as decimal separators.

Via settings based formatting style, and default locale number formatting, many different output styles are supported. However, for technical reasons, supporting different input styles is quite challenging.

User should be able to input text in the same format as their desired output format.

Until this happens, I think mentioning specifically

• that the format only applies to output in the options and
• that the plugin only supports input as 1,000.00 in the description
  should be added.
