Griptape lacks support for image-to-text workflows.

Support for image-to-text workflows:

ImageToTextTask
ImageToTextEngine
ImageToText drivers for each supported provider (Textract, OpenAI Vision, etc.)
Model drivers for providers offering multiple models, if applicable
