Multi-monitor with different resolution still don't work when screen capture

Describe the bug
If have multi-monitor setup with different resolution, screen will resize and shift when trying to capture

To Reproduce

• I have a laptop with 4K resolution while 2 other monitors at 2K
• stable version of greenshot, trying to capture, the screen will shift and resize , creating black area and makes it impossible to make a clean screen capture
• if installing the latest unstable version can solve the problem momentarily as suggested by issue: Multi Monitor does not work #367
• but after restart the issue comes back

• Greenshot 1.3.277
• Windows 10
• PowerToy is closed
