What went wrong?

What happened:

  • I want configure my self-hosted grafana oncall with OSS solution. But I can't add my grafana alerting in integrations. (It can't find it)

I don't want use Grafana cloud solution, and my Grafana alerting work because I have many alerts coming up from prometheus to grafana.
I have never managed to see the alerts raised in OnCall.

What did you expect to happen:

  • Being able to use my grafana (not it docker), and being able use functionality phone call without use Grafana cloud.

How do we reproduce it?

  1. Use version 1.4.3 of Grafana OnCall
  2. Hobby environment.
  3. Use Grafana/Prometheus on the same server, but not those in docker.
  4. Configure Alert rules in Prometheus and connect her datasources in grafana to have the alerts that go back into "Alert rules" section.
  5. Try connecting OneCall with Grafana to manage alerts.

Grafana OnCall Version

v1.4.3

It's okay, I succeeded, it finally found the server.
Now I would like help to display and manage my alerts individually (they are part of an alert group).
Be able to make calls without going through the cloud (it tells me that grafana cloud is not connected, but I want to use the solution 100% locally and not with other providers like twilio and zvonok.com. I want use our own voip solution ).

Here is my current display :

and if possible I want the 7 firing in the alerts to be manageable one by one, without this creating 7 alerts
