[loki-stack] Loki getting timeout with 504 error.

We are trying to query 30days old data, after 60s its getting 504 timeout.

We have updated nginx and Grafana dataproxy timeout settings to 360s.

loki-stack helm chart version 2.10.2

As per loki configuration https://grafana.com/docs/loki/v2.9.x/configure/ we are trying to update limits_config.query_timeout however loki-stack container throwing error with
failed parsing config: /etc/loki/loki.yaml: yaml: unmarshal errors:
line 20: field query_timeout not found in type validation.plain
