Enhancement suggestion from @e6p77Bi8CW7zRBg:

It would be good if we can restart the game when both peers agree.

I think the right way to restart is that 'restart' button is clicked by both peers. A notice box will not appear on the other peer even if one peer click 'restart' button, since the box can disturb the other peer. The 'restart' should be asked by chat.
