On WebXR mode - Camera opens but throws error "AR is not Tracking!" and no object gets placed.
On SceneViewer mode - Black screen (We anyway do not want to implement SceneViewer mode)

@bialpio Android 8 is pretty old - is this a known Chromium issue?

We should still work on Android 8. The fact that SceneViewer backend also does not seem to work is suspicious - can you confirm that any other ARCore-powered app is functional, just to rule out some ARCore issue?

Hi there, even I was wondering so I got my hands on that device.

ARcore Element App too was black screen. So I did the diagnostic and found the Sensor Hub not working.

It's a hardware issue

However I came across Oppo F21 Pro 5G with same issue. I'll get the device in my hand shortly.

@elalish Shall I open a new issue for Oppo F21 Pro 5G?

No, let's keep all the details here. I need to find the right person to assign this to.
