I'm trying to run golangci-lint-action locally with act. The instructions at the bottom of the README appear to be outdated.
Install [act](https://github.com/nektos/act#installation)
Make a symlink for act to work properly: ln -s . golangci-lint-action
Prepare deps once: npm run prepare-deps
Run npm run local after any change to test it
I have installed act and I have run ln -s . golangci-lint-action from the checked out repo directory.
It appears that the Prepare deps once: npm run prepare-deps was removed sometime last year. What is the current recommended method to run this locally?
