Enhancement description
First I wanna thank GoFrame team, this is a great framework；
Recently，I‘ve started using "gf gen ctrl" command,

I hope I can customize the template file，just like gen dao "tplDaoIndexPath/tplDaoInternalPath...";
I hope gen ctrl command can be configured in "hack/config.yaml".
