Issue description

When editing a gdscript and selecting lines of code. If you move the mouse, it works. Or if you scroll, it works. However, if you try to move the mouse and scroll, then the scroll does nothing.

Steps to reproduce

Highlight some code holding left mouse button, and while moving the mouse left and right, try to scroll, and it will not.

Minimal reproduction project (MRP)

Any project with a script will work
