Add a timestamp to a new note with a flag #11

It would be a 'nice to have' feature where a timestamp will be prefixed to your note when you add a flag ( -t or -s for example)

It would automatically prepend an timestamp eg
Command
chrono notes add "MyNote" -t
Result
[0] 15:07 MyNote
