This would be a nice first modification for someone who wants to get into improving the devops and user-facing Python tooling that GNU Radio comes with.

@ajitg25 hi! When you run gr_modtool help, you should be getting the same output as gr_modtool --help; I'm not sure I can elaborate on that much! But I'd be extremely happy to answer any specific question you have.

What is the difference in output? Okay I got it now. Will look into implementing.
