Need help to support the Azure OpenAI #108

After configuring the custom API URL, I am unable to find a test connectivity button.

Additionally, setting up the mapping for the service becomes a challenge when using Azure OpenAI service and employing Cloudflare worker as a proxy.

Moreover, I am uncertain as to which specific model or version the setting is referring to.
