[Bug]会出现部分字幕翻译不成功的现象 #100

以下是保存下来的字幕，目标语言是中文，字幕中仍有日文

在识别完后能否加一个检测选项，调用其他平台的语言API接口，重新检测一遍所翻译的结果是否仍包含源语言，对这部分未成功翻译的文本再继续翻译
