[request] gitpod/workspace-postgres should be aliased/cloned to gitpod/workspace-postgresql or some other solution

Bug description

gitpod/workspace-postgres was deprecated. However, some might be still trying to use it[1].

So, would it be worth duplicating/aliasing it to the latest variant? (which is gitpod/workspace-postgresQL).

I'm not sure about the side effects it might cause but we need to do something at least[1]

It's also worth noting that one can be confused between these two naming and might not notice a difference: gitpod/workspace-postgres, gitpod/workspace-postgresql
