What does >“nobody” starts including you< mean in no-permissions.md #1072

While reading the great explanations is stumbled across this sentence "Once the work has other contributors (each a copyright holder), “nobody” starts including you." within the first paragraph of no-permissions.

Is this supposed to describe a deadlock-like situation and the sentence is equivalent to >..., no further contributions can be made not even from yourself<. or does it mean something else?

It means that any new code additions made by others can not be used by you without their permission.
