[Feature Request] Match discussion with labels

Hello, Thanks for this awesome project! I was using gitalk for my blog,and would like to migrate to giscus. But when it seems giscus doesn't support creating and queries using labels as Gitalk does. Gitalk creates an issue with labels gitalk and the id specified in the props like this. These labels will be used to match issue with the page. I It would be greatly helpful for gitalk users to migrate existing data if giscus can support this label-based matching.

For example, giscus can have a data-labels props allowing users to specify labels, and use it to query discussions with those specific label and do the matchings.
