Quant and Dequant operators

Hi community, a question. Are there quant and dequant operators in ggml. I am looking to do the following
ggml tensor (float) to ggm tensor (int8) and takes a scale factor and zero point
and vice versa
ggml tensor (int8) to ggm tensor (float) and takes a scale factor and zero point
