Doesn't work with Pi 4

I have a Raspberry Pi 4 B and a Seagate SSD, I've connected the SSD over one of the USB 3.0 ports on the pi and plugged in ethernet and power

But its not working, umbrel.local doesn't point to the web console, network scan doesn't show the pi.

I tried installing one of the previous versions too but had same issue and I noticed on the 1.0.4 release said it fixed the "External drive would not be consistently recognized by the Raspberry Pi 4" issue, but I am still unable to get it to work like it used to a couple of months ago
