⁸This is a companion bug to #492, but for the other games.
We need to know for which creatures they are wrong and how (eg. missing or disabled spellcasting button, missing weapons). Best to just go through all summoning spells and compare to the original.
You can cast any spell through any character by just opening the console and typing
cast('spell filename')
