Was passiert wenn sich die Version ändert?
Dann passt die Afo ja nicht mehr.
Sollte hier ggf. auf die Angabe der Version verzichtet werden und immer auf die aktuelle verfügbare Version hingewiesen werden.

Korrekt. Die Versionsangabe wird aus der Afo entfernt.

Korrektur: Die Versionsangabe wird nicht entfernt, weil bei der KIM-Weiterentwicklung eindeutig die gültige Version der OpenAPI Schnittstelle erkennbar sein muss. Dies ist auch in allen anderen KIM REST-Schnittstellen so spezifiziert.
