setup.sh: Implement Inquirer.sh and parameterise #70

Also now that config.sh is seperate from the main scripts, it should be safe for the setup process to directly make changes to this file; meaning rather than prompting users for things all the time, the "default" can just be whatever is read from config.sh |

kahkhang/Inquirer.sh has some nice prompts, much nicer than ours.
setup.sh should use them for interactive prompts.
Also lends itself nicely to parameterising setup at the same time so it can be launched non-interactivley.
