Gltf files are 3D objects files, you can get it from anywhere or you can create one using blender and other 3D designing tool. For this project we have used https://sketchfab.com/

I would like to work on this issue by introducing a subject called Our Body which showcases the Muscular System, Skeletal system, and the nervous system, but I face some issues getting the gltf files that are below 25 MB for free which is the limit for echo3D, I have looked only for the free files in https://sketchfab.com/, is there anything I can do?

we have used sketchfab only in this project, I don't know about another library for gtlf files. You can browse for the issues and check what suits you better and make PR.
