Notifications not displayed on some ASUS devices when Chrome or a PWA is closed

Details....

With some ASUS devices, Chrome (or its PWA) notifications are not updated when Chrome or the PWA is closed. They're still visible in ADB log though.

To solve that, it requires to enable notifications in the Auto-Start Manager, for Chrome and also for each PWA.
