LSR3 findings from human studies - TAAR1 agonsits in psychosis

  • The /data folder includes raw and cleaned data, and the R code for cleaning the data (clean_data.R).
  • The /util folder includes the R code using for analysis (analysis.R)
  • The LSR3_taar1_H.Rmd and LSR3_taar1_H.html refer to the R markdown files to reporting the fidings. The .Rmd can be executed when the /data, /util and .bib files are also downloaded.
