Peptideshaker: problem with large zip files #691

Recently a user reported this error:

warning [searchgui_input.zip]:  11851216575 extra bytes at beginning or within zip file
  (attempting to process anyway)
file #1:  bad zip file offset (local header sig):  11851216827
  (attempting to re-compensate)

According to what I read, it seems to be related to the size of the compressed zip file by searchgui.
