Spdlogger getting stuck for few seconds when windows user login to the system where application using spdlogger is running

I have a console application using spdlogger for logging.
What I am seeing is that whenever I login to a VM where my application is running, slight delay is observed(sometimes in 700-800ms and sometimes in seconds) in logging. Exactly at the time I login to my VM I am seeing this.
When disabled console window altogether for my application, then this behavior is not seen.
Anyone have any insights what might be causing this issue?
