Indicate version support on each tool, library, platform #135

On the tools page it is not clear what version of the specification is supported by each tool.

This causes confusion and frustration. E.g. I have be teaching people about data packages at work, they hand craft a schema and package but when they use the schema/package in various tools they get errors due to varying levels of support.

I suggest a simple icon be added to each tool listing to indicate v1 or pre v1 support.
