Feature/Styling on New Staff form

On the 'new staff' form (dashboard Settings tab, "add a new member of staff ..."):

• clicking on the 'more info' icon next to role should give a description of roles
• the field for selecting role is too narrow (unless on an ultra-wide screen) compared to the text options presented
