Use pkcs11 c interface instead of using pkcs11-tool

While using pkcs11-tool is convenient, it would be better to just use the pkcs11 c interface directly and remove the dependency on pkcs11-tool.

This is just because we plan to remove that tool from the standard rootfs later on (and the same will need to be done for lmp-device-register as well).
