There is a good understanding of what accessibility is and how to test and improve it

Reach an avg. score of at least 18 on an a11y survey
- Create survey of 20 questions (developer specific and general)
  - Examples:
    - What is aria-role
    - Do you know how to enable voice over on your Desktop
    - Do you know how to enable voice over on your Mobile
    - Do you know how to check color contrast?
    - What is the minimum color contrast?
    - What is the most common color blindness?
- Send out survey to all FYYC employees (or just Vienna)
- Determine score
- Brownbag sessions
- Interactive a11y worst/best case demos
- Send out survey again
- Check that score increased
