Currently, only one-off tasks are rewarded. There are, however, contributors whose work is ongoing, e.g. community managers

Describe the solution you'd like

There is the need to have something like recurring points so that we can reward recurring tasks accordingly. E.g. Merci should receive a number of points every week they're managing our community 😊
