Hi there,

when compiling with a version of CMake greater than 3.27 a warning is issued because they plan to drop compatibility for versions of CMake older than 3.5. You can read about that here: https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/release/3.27.html#deprecated-and-removed-features

cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 2.8.12)

CMake Deprecation Warning at build/release/_deps/sqliteorm-src/cmake/ucm.cmake:13 (cmake_minimum_required):
Compatibility with CMake < 3.5 will be removed from a future version of
  CMake.

Update the VERSION argument <min> value or use a ...<max> suffix to tell
CMake that the project does not need compatibility with older versions.
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  build/release/_deps/sqliteorm-src/CMakeLists.txt:54 (include)

cmake_minimum_required (VERSION 3.16)

This already defines a minimal CMake version of 3.16 so perhaps that number can just be incremented?
