MQTT on Raspberry Pi 3B+ (Raspbian) not working anymore #349

Good Day, I've successfully used this guide many times in the past. I changed my raspberry pi's from wireless to wired ETH which resulted in three of them not working anymore. A weird problem I encountered often before when making a change to setup or removing power. Normally I would reinstall the MQTT GPIO setup according to this GIT guide but now i'm getting the following message. I tried quite a bit including older versions of Raspbian and Python but I just can't get it to work. Anybody who knows what to do?
